Pest Panic

Pest Panic is a farm-defense game for iPhone and iPad. It does not collect, share or sell any personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. The game does not connect to the internet, and your progress is saved on your device and nowhere else.

To let you continue playing, Pest Panic stores the following on your device only:

• Your coins, permanent upgrades and unlocked farmers.
• Your story progress: which days you have beaten, which story scenes you have seen, and your best Endless time.
• Your lifetime stats, such as runs played, pests defeated and your best survival time.
• Your settings: music, sound effects, vibration, screen shake, damage numbers and graphics quality.

This data never leaves your device through the App. Pest Panic does not run any servers and has no way to read it. If you use device backups (for example iCloud Backup), Apple may include the App's data in your backup, under Apple's privacy policy.

Pest Panic does not need the internet and does not send any data anywhere. All art, sounds, music and story scenes are included in the App.

Pest Panic does not ask for access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, location or notifications. Vibration and sound are used only to make the game feel good, and you can turn them off in Settings.

• We do not require an account, email address or phone number.
• We do not collect your name, location, contacts, photos or device identifiers.
• We do not use advertising or analytics SDKs.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.
• We do not sell or share your data.
• We do not offer in-app purchases.

If you choose to share analytics and crash data with app developers in iOS Settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports. We use them only to fix bugs. We do not receive anything that identifies you.

Pest Panic is a cartoon game with mild, cartoon-style action (a farmer fending off cute pests). Because the App collects no personal information, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

You can erase your coins, upgrades and story progress at any time with Settings → Reset progress, or by deleting the App. Deleting the App removes all locally stored game data from your device.

Pest Panic is built with the Godot Engine (MIT licence). Its 3D models come from Kenney (Cube Pets, Mini Characters, Food Kit and Survival Kit) and Quaternius, all released under CC0, and it uses the Lilita One typeface (SIL Open Font License). Sounds and music were made for the game. All of this is bundled in the App and does not involve any data collection.

If we make material changes to this policy, for example if we ever add ads or online features, we will update this page and the effective date at the top before the change reaches the App.
